• Sales Staff
  Passion for getting people out on bikes, confidence, charisma, motivation, and a great attitude are the key things we require in potential sales staff members. Experience with all major categories of cycling and strong working knowledge of bicycles, bicycle fitting, and all-around product familiarity are also very important. We of course prefer experienced applicants, but we thoroughly train all of our employees. The right attitude is most important to us.
• Service staff
  Be an expert with a wrench, have the magic touch. Experience is extremely important in our consideration of mechanics, starting with a strong base of basic bicycle repair skills. From there we like to see experience with emerging technologies such as suspension systems, disc brakes, etc. We will provide training from some of the best techs in the industry, but applicants must be able to demonstrate very strong basic mechanical ability.
